Welcome to Self-Regulation Lab. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Self-Regulation Innovative Technologies OÜ (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “the Company”) and any user, visitor, or customer (“you”) navigating our storefront at https://selfregulationlab.com. 

By accessing our website, subscribing to free resources, booking non-medical consultations, or purchasing any digital goods, you explicitly agree to accept and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using this website.

  • 2.1 Scope of Digital Products: All downloadable materials distributed on this site—including but not limited to The All-in-one Headache Tracker Workbook, electronic wellness journals, educational PDFs, courses, guides, instructional templates, and teaching video materials—are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. 
  • 2.2 Limited License: When you purchase or download a digital product, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license. 
  • 2.3 Prohibited Actions: You are strictly prohibited from copying, sharing, translating, distributing, reselling, or exploiting our intellectual property for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent. 
  1. Absolute No-Refund and Technical Support Policy
  • 3.1 Pre-Purchase Obligation: We provide comprehensive, detailed descriptions for every product on our shop pages. You are legally obligated to read the product description thoroughly before completing your checkout transaction. Claims stating “I did not like it,” “It was not what I expected,” or “I changed my mind” are not valid grounds for a refund. 
  • 3.2 Downloaded File Rule: Because our digital products are instantly delivered via electronic delivery and are immediately accessible upon purchase, they constitute intangible digital intellectual property that cannot be physically returned. Once we generate or you download a digital file link (verified via our automated server delivery logs), all sales are final and non-refundable. 
  • 3.3 Technical Assistance and Replacement: In case of technical difficulties opening, downloading, or reading a file, we are fully committed to assisting you. Please notify us by email at contact@selfregulationlab.com and include your order number. Our technical team will troubleshoot, resend, or replace the file via email within 24–48 hours to ensure your complete access. 
  • 3.4 EU Consumer Exception: Under European Union digital content guidelines, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that by accessing the electronic download link immediately after checkout, you waive your standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. 
  1. Third-Party Affiliate Products Disclaimer
  • 4.1 Separate Entities: Our website contains marketing advertisements and structural affiliate links for third-party home-use (non-medical-grade) biofeedback and neurofeedback equipment. Independent third-party vendors manufacture, sell, pack, and ship these hardware items exclusively. We do not manufacture or ship these devices. 
  • 4.2 No Operational Liability: We assume no responsibility or legal liability for shipping delays, customs processing, physical product defects, device breakdowns, or product performance. 
  • 4.3 Affiliate Logistics and Support: If you require a refund, return, exchange, or customer support for an affiliate-linked hardware device, you must contact that specific manufacturer directly, from whom you purchase the equipment. Their transaction logistics are governed completely by their own corporate terms. 
  • 4.4 Affiliate Commission and Screening Rules: We receive a small amount of commission from these affiliate links, which helps us develop our website and services. However, we enforce strict internal quality rules to fully investigate and test the product before suggesting it to our customers. 
  1. Scope of Services: Non-Medical and Educational Disclaimer
  • 5.1 Non-Clinical Status: All content found on this website, within our digital products, or provided during our worksheet-assistance consultations, is entirely educational and instructional in nature. Our services and workbooks are strictly non-medical and non-clinical. They focus on stress management, habit tracking, lifestyle observation, and cognitive self-regulation.

  • 6.1 License to Display: Visitors and buyers are free to post product reviews and feedback on our platform. By submitting a public review, you grant us a perpetual, global right to display your feedback for marketing purposes. 
  • 6.2 Moderation Framework: We reserve the absolute right to monitor, filter, or delete reviews containing abusive language, spam links, or defamatory comments.

  • 7.1 System Legislation: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the corporate laws of the Republic of Estonia. 
  • 7.2 Jurisdiction Matrix: Any contractual disputes or legal claims arising from your use of this storefront that cannot be resolved amicably through email mediation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia.
